Being entirely honest with oneself is a good exercise.

Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.

Your emotional life is not written in cement during childhood. You write each chapter as you go along.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

I suppose it is tempting, if the only tool you have is a hammer, to treat everything as if it were a nail.

If you don’t change direction, you might end up where you are heading
